How to order and pay through bank transfer?
1. Choose the payment method (Bank Transfer/GCash) on the checkout page.
2. You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
3. You may then go to deposit to the Bank/Gcash.
4. Once you’ve made the deposit please send us an image of the deposit slip to firstname.lastname@example.org/info@email@example.com or through our Instagram page at @itsanatomy.

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of P200.

Shipping Time: Same day shipping for orders placed in FB, Instagram, Its Anatomy official website.
We use Grab Express, Lalamove, Mr.Speedy as our service provider.
Non-Metro Manila Area
We suggest order could be placed via our Lazada shop. Shipping time will be depending on Lazada’s courier.
How to track my order?
Once your item/s has been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an SMS Notification from Lalamove/Grab/Mr. Speedy.

For orders placed via our Lazada shop, you can check the order status via Lazada. Else, once your item/s has been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
How can I cancel my order?
Please choose carefully as exchanges or refunds would not be provided on personalized products where you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection. The decision to offer a change of mind exchange or refund will be made at our sole discretion. Any delivery charges that occurred for exchange or refund shall be paid by the Customer.

RETURN & REFUND
My Product Is Faulty, What Will You Do?
We take the quality supply of our products to you seriously. If the products you receive are damaged or fail to be of acceptable quality, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you think that there is a defect with the products you have received, please let us know within the same days of receipt by contacting us via email at email@example.com. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the products, including images of the defects.

How Do I Return Faulty Products?
Please ensure you pack the products well to prevent any further damage to the products or packaging.

How Long Will It Take To Process My Refund?
For faulty products returned via post, these typically take about 5-7 business days to be received and processed at our warehouse. Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will be assessed within 48 hours and we will contact you in writing to advise whether we will replace or refund you for your defective products.
